(4)Average amount of dispatched workers’ wages: 13,839 yen

(6) Labor-management agreement in place
(7) Paid education and training provided by career consultants and team leaders
*Regardless of the type of contract, you may be dispatched to other companies as a temporary worker one to five days per week.
